I cannot explain in one word how much better I do feel and feel so much better in my own skin. I never thought I could do what I am doing now. To be honest, I never saw myself going to the gym 7 days a week and not drinking soda or sweet tea. My body has changed so much in four months. This challenge has been life changing and I am just in tears every single month when I see the differences . If you are thinking of doing this challenge, I challenge you to join RIGHT NOW! I’m so thankful for Sara jo and all the hard work she puts into this. She cares so much about each of us and it really means a lot to me.

The 30 day challenge has done so many things for me. It has helped me boost confidence, build a healthy relationship with food, sweat more, and love myself more.


My challenge my entire life has been my own mind. I have been able to pinpoint that eating was an unhealthy coping skill of mine and I had to learn to change that. The group was amazing! There were days that I didn’t feel like walking—but I would see all these sweaty faces of these awesome ladies and then I knew I had to do it. This challenge was more than trying to win a prize for me—it was an opportunity to win myself back. Gonna keep on pushing through next month and make this a set lifestyle change! 

I cannot say enough about Sara Jo’s 30 day challenge. I have completed 2 challenges and have lost 23.9 lbs and 25 inches. This challenge teaches you so much.


I have been on and off diets my whole life. Keto, low calorie, nurtisystem, weight loss supplements, etc. you name it, I’ve tried it. Yes, I lost weight on all of those plans, but as soon as you reach your goal weight and try to add in some carbs or stop the energy supplement, those pounds come right back. I have learned that there is no miracle drug to make you healthy. Through this challenge, I have learned what good, clean foods are and I make sure I make meals that are full of them. If you are on the fence about trying it out, go for it. I promise you will learn a lot and become a healthier person. 

This challenge has been eye opening for me. I am healthier and encouraging others to do so as well.
