2 slices of bread, toasted
1 cup (200g) cottage cheese
1/4 avocado, sliced
1 tomato, sliced
1 tsp. sesame seeds, toasted
chili powder
Instructions
Toast the bread to you liking.
Spread the cottage cheese over the toast, top with sliced tomato and avocado. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds, and season with chili powder, salt and pepper to taste.
