At Sara Jo Fountain Health Coaching, we believe in a balanced lifestyle based around healthy foods and moderate exercise. Feeling restricted and obsessed with tracking food is no way to live. Most fad diets are not sustainable, and come with a lot of restrictions. With my programs, I teach my clients how to eat what they want and train how they want without ruining their results. We slowly work on getting rid of those bad habits, and forming healthy, sustainable new ones.
