Sara Jo Fountain Health Coaching is an online based coaching program. I teach women how to gain back their confidence and find their self-worth by living a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle.
I help women achieve the body of their dreams while eating the foods they love.
I offer a Women’s 30 Day Challenge on a monthly basis. Each month, women join my online challenge group to lose weight, feel better, gain new insight on how to eat healthy, and most importantly, gain confidence in themselves again. There is no counting/tracking calories, cutting out entire food groups, or following a specific diet. My program is designed for you to learn how to eat healthier, be healthier and live a healthier lifestyle.

With my 5 Day Stronger to the Core Challenge you will learn how to strengthen your core to help keep your body balanced and aligned, improve posture and digestion, and stay strong during all your daily activities. I would always get really anxious and because of that I'd quit running within a few minutes and walk mostly. This challenge has really helped me overcome those obstacles in my mind and now I actually kind of enjoy 5k day. I feel so much more confident in my knowledge of a healthy lifestyle, which was always my fall back when I got too busy or too tired and just decided to grab fast food instead. I haven't eaten fast food ALL MONTH LONG! Not a single god-sent french fry! I'll forever be grateful I took this challenge and I'll continue to use the clean eating list and the workouts. I know you're going to get tired of me saying this but I'm so glad I am doing this with you! All of the foods I have tried these past two weeks have been great! I never would have tried them in the past because I just assumed I wouldn't like them. Where have these veggies and meal been all my life!
